Assistant Manager- Inside Sales

Role Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Inside Sales to drive our outbound lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Executives & Senior Business Development Executives, focusing on generating qualified leads and booking initial meetings leveraging the best of “Outbound” practices.
Responsibilities:
● Lead & Manage a 10+ member outbound sales team consisting of Business Development Executives.
● Lead and manage the outbound lead generation team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
● Prospect potential leads using various sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo etc.
● Have outbound driven campaigns designed & executed leveraging automation with Email & LinkedIn platforms &
● Help the team members in optimizing their outbound efforts through cold calling & emailing strategies & best practices.
● Develop and implement strategies to support the team in achieving appointment generation targets.
● Generating/sourcing qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc by rigorously prospecting and
● Monitor and analyze the team’s performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
● Collaborate with Business Head & Delivery Heads to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with company goals.
● Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
● Proficient with Sales CRM tools (preferably ZOHO CRM) & handling complete creation, updation & maintenance of a
Must-Have Skills :
● 6+ years of experience in outbound appointment generation for IT off-shoring services targeting the US market only.
● Currently handling a team of 8-10 Full time BDEs/ Sr. BDEs etc.
● Proven track record of success in similar roles, preferably in companies with 500+ employees.
● Extensive experience in prospecting using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
● Strong understanding of IT services, including custom web & mobile development, QA & automation, Cloud &
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies & campaigns.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Ability to work in the specified time zone (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
