Quality Analyst Lead @ PEOPLE10
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Job Location: Remote
Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements.
Validate bug fixes, regression tests, and ensure quality standards before release on our web application.
Support release cycles by running acceptance testing.
Provide feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.
Be in charge of documenting our UAT and working with SDET on necessary automation
Has Shipped software using an established software process(Agile, Kanban, etc) Attentive to detail
Experience with a UAT test tool(PractiTest, Zephyr, TestRail
Must have skills:
Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing (UI and functional).
Proven expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Management.
Experience in QA migration projects — such as moving from QC to TestRail or similar tools.
Proficiency in TestRail or Zephyr (mandatory).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
