Roles & Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and moderate webinars to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.
● Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with industry experts, guest speakers, and panelists for webinars.
● Leverage email and social media marketing to develop and execute targeted audience registration strategies.
● Repurpose webinar content into blog posts, case studies, videos, or email campaigns to extend its reach and ROI.
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop webinar content and materials that align with company objectives and
target audience needs.
● Collaborate with external teams to enhance the credibility and quality of the webinar.
● Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, technical setup, and promotional activities.
● Engage with webinar participants before, during, and after events to foster a positive and interactive experience.
● Analyze webinar performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in webinar execution and virtual event management.
Must Have Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in planning, designing, executing, hosting and moderating webinars, preferably within an
IT service company.
● Proven ability to engage and manage virtual audiences effectively.
● Proven ability to manage multiple webinars simultaneously with tight deadlines.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency with webinar platforms ((Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, etc) and virtual event technologies.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
