Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Scout with 1.5–4 years of recruitment experience to support end-to-end hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality talent across various roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple positions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT / niche roles as per business requirements.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and databases.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on role fit, skill alignment, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates to ensure engagement and offer acceptance.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in ATS / recruitment trackers.
Meet monthly hiring targets and adhere to defined TATs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand role expectations and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Generate and share recruitment MIS reports on a regular basis.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
