Roles & Responsibilities:
● Plan and implement new designs
● Applying user experience design principles to data and information visualization in the industrial business.
● Interpret data and qualitative feedback
● Optimize existing user interface designs
● Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams,
storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
● Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
● Create prototypes for new product ideas
● Testing new ideas before implementing
● Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing
experiences for digital products
● Document UX specifications, design and standards
● As a contributing member of a globally distributed agile team, collaborate with other team members following
scrum practices
● Communicate and coordinate effectively to all stakeholders
Must have skills:
● Strong expertise in developing UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
● Strong understanding of user experience design
● Good hands-on working knowledge industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design
programs (Sketch, Adobe or equivalent)
● Fluent in user-centered design best practices
● Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
● Ability to communicate and articulate clearly and work collaboratively in an agile team
Good to have skills:
Experience in Agile methodologies and agile engineering practices
