ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to manage the complete hiring lifecycle across both technical and non-technical roles. You will own talent acquisition end-to-end—from strategy and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding - ensuring hiring success through process excellence, speed, and service orientation. You’ll also play a strategic role in building future-ready teams by aligning recruitment with business needs.
This role demands a high level of reactivity, process discipline, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive a KPI-led, quality-first hiring function while mentoring a team of recruiters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage full-cycle hiring—from intake discussions and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding —for both tech and non-tech roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create hiring plans, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Sourcing Innovation: Use modern and creative sourcing methods—referrals, social recruiting, events, Boolean search, and talent mapping—to attract high-quality active and passive talent.
Offer Management: Lead offer negotiations and drive high conversion through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
Process and KPI Adherence: Establish a structured hiring process with defined SLAs and KPIs (TAT, offer-acceptance, source effectiveness) to ensure predictability and efficiency.
Recruitment Technology: Leverage the ATS for pipeline visibility, performance tracking, and reporting to enable agile hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience with prompt feedback and consistent communication.
Vendor & Partner Oversight: Manage recruitment vendors for quality sourcing and pipeline expansion while maintaining compliance with internal standards.
Team Leadership: Coach and lead a team of recruiters, set performance goals, and drive accountability through metrics and regular reviews.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Work with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs, plan for scale, and contribute to long-term talent strategy.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
6–10 years of recruitment experience in an IT services/technology environment
3+ years in a recruitment leadership/managerial capacity
Proven ability to hire across functions and levels—tech and non-tech, junior to executive
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly process-oriented, KPI-focused, and responsive in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated use of innovative hiring techniques and recruitment marketing strategies
Team leadership experience with the ability to mentor, motivate, and scale performance
Strong service mindset and business acumen to align hiring with organizational goals
Data-savvy: able to track and act on recruitment metrics
Experience using ATS and other talent acquisition platforms effectively
